Starting his journey running some of the world’s top eateries in London and now running one of Sydney’s leading catering and events companies – Create Catering.
A seasoned traveller, Anthony has a great passion (and HUGE knowledge – just ask him!) for European culture, food and wine and in particular Italy, red wine and pasta!
His passion to combine his operationally sound restaurateur experience with a cuisine and culture he loves the most was brought to life when he teamed up with Steffano and Erez to found Spaghetteria.
