As a catering industry veteran of the global stage, Anthony brings a wealth of restaurateur knowledge, charisma, charm and leadership to the Spaghetteria team.
Starting his journey running some of the world’s top eateries in London and now running one of Sydney’s leading catering and events companies – Create Catering.
A seasoned traveller, Anthony has a great passion (and HUGE knowledge – just ask him!) for European culture, food and wine and in particular Italy, red wine and pasta!
His passion to combine his operationally sound restaurateur experience with a cuisine and culture he loves the most was brought to life when he teamed up with Steffano and Erez to found Spaghetteria.
